More Quilt Winners

The give a way just keeps going, and going, and going.  The people that donate these items are so very generous.  We appricate all their work.  They have also made other items such as aprons, washcloths, placemats, and more.

This article will update the other winners so far.  More to come.
Aurora Pacheco is a very loving talented person.  She is very determined to learn English.  We love having her in the choir.

Carolyn Mayoh was so excited to get this beautiful quilt.  It made her day.  Carolyn has passed away since.  We miss her.

Clarence Stamps said that this quilt reminds him of his deceased wife.  He will hold this quilt close to him and think of her.
D'Ann Gayler teaches our crocheting class.  Her techniques of teaching help anyone crochet.
Diane Dull brightens up people's lives just being there.  She has a calming effect of others.
Diane Stephens will be able to cuddle up with this holiday blanket, and a hot chocolate.
Elizabeth Nakata loves to scrapbook and sing in the choir.

Eva Stephensen is a gal I need to get to know.  She is a new comer.  Doesn't she look pleased to have won the quilt?
Greg Gramse is a great photographer.  Some of the articles on this blog are photos that he has taken.
Jean Poulsen decorates the center for all the seasons.  As you can tell, she is very pleased to have won this quilt.
Jim Olsen gets into Stocks and Bonds.  He loves to play bingo too.
Julie Abbott is a giggle waiting to happen.  Julie is always positive and likes to try new things.  She is into scrapbooking, choir, drama class, bingo, trips, etc. etc. etc.
Leona Huntsman was taken by surprise when she won her quilt.  There isn't anyone that shows and expresses gratitude more than her.

Manuel Martinez makes friends easily.  He loves to serve people and help them fill comfortable.
Maurine Dubols is one of the ladies to make our beauitful tableclothes.  She likes to keep her hands busy.
Ron Taylor is into everything.  He is blind.  So what, it doesn't slow him down.  What very little sight he has he will challenge you in a game, or play harmonica, or anything that comes along.
Ruth Thorpe loves to play bingo and play cards.

Sandy Hanes is a great volunteer in bingo management.
Shirley Tripp believes in exercise.  The doctor is always giving her a good bill of health.
Vickie Banks loves to volunteer.  She is in the choir, drama class, kitchen helper, and other.
 
Vickie Smith likes to organize.  Vickie loves to act.  She loves to serve too.

Terry Facer helps around the center, especially the kitchen.  He is also in the drama class.

There are still more quilts to win.  We don't announce ahead of time when we are going to have a drawing.  Perhaps you will be here and win next time.
